Accommodations/Occupancy:
Accommodations include private bath, wall to wall carpeting, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, color cable TV, phone & outdoor pool. Continental Breakfast served daily (durring peak season only).

Refunds & Cancellations:
A deposit equal to one evenings stay will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation is required in writing via mail, fax, or email no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations of less than 7 days advance notice will be subject to a forfeiture of the retained deposit. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to provide advance notification of changes in reservations.
