Quaint Cape Cod Lodging

Captains Quarters Grounds Captains Quarters has 75 guest rooms and is situated on 6 acres of green grounds and thickly settled landscaping, providing a quiet and more private lodging experience. There is a main building, a conference hall and a few bungallow buildings. In the main building you can find the reception and the breakfast room where we serve free continental breakfast. Coffee and Fruit Juices are available 24x7. Breakfast room also have our internet point, fax and copy and print services. Groups may reserve the conference center for free for their receptions/get-together with prior arrangement. We also offer a heated outdoor swimming pool with sunloungers, tennis courts, beach sand volley ball court, and basketball half court.

Do you offer Internet access?

Yes! Captains Quarters offers free wireless Internet access throughout the property. We also have a kiosk available free to our guests in the lobby.

Is Captain's Quarters an indoor property?

No. It's an out door property located on 7 Acre ground. The photographs above are interior of the rooms.

How far is Captains Quarters from the beach?

We are one and a half miles from Nauset Light Beach (Atlantic Ocean) and one mile from Cape Cod National Seashore (Coast Guard Beach).

What is check-in time? Check-out time?

Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm however if you will be arriving after 10:00pm please call in advance. Check-out is at 11:00am.

What is the tax rate in Eastham?

5.7% state occupancy tax and 4% local occupancy tax. (9.7% all together).

What time is the front desk open?

From 8:00am until 10:00pm. After 10:00pm the telephone is staffed for emergencies, however the reservation desk is closed. You may still book online by clicking here!

Does Captains Quarters have laundry facilities available for guests?

Sorry no, the closest laundromat is Orleans-Coin-O-Matic on Route 28 in Orleans, about 7 miles away.

Do you allow pets?

We do, please call to check for availability. We have designated pet friendly rooms with two double size neds. We do not have king pet friendly rooms.

Do you have smoking rooms available?

Sorry! We do not have smoking rooms You can smoke out side your room.

How many rooms does Captains Quarters have?

Captains Quarters offers 75 guest rooms plus an on-site 1000sq/ft conference center, capable of accommodating up to 140 guests. (See Property Layout Below).

Refunds & Cancellations for non group reservations:
A deposit equal to one evenings stay will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation is required via phone no later than 72 hours (before 4.00 pm at hotel time) prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations of less than 72 hours advance notice will be subject to a forfeiture of the retained deposit. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to provide advance notification of changes in reservations.
